Team Culture Is Your Competitive Advantage

We spark learning, change, and growth in people so they can do their best work and live their best lives.

We are a sandbox for playing with ideas, a lab for expanding tools and test-driving strategies, and a workshop for building skills and forming a team culture that drives success.

We develop tools built on research in organizational development, some exciting new neuroscience explaining human interactions, and good ‘ole experience building and leading organizations and the people in them!

We combine this into neuroscience-based, data-driven programs that create thriving workplaces made up of fulfilled, happy people.

What’s an Apogee?

ap·o·gee /ˈapəjē/noun: The highest point in the development of an organization, plan or skills

Originally an astronomy term, “apogee” is the calculation necessary to design a path to reach the moon.” For me it’s an apt symbol for creating our personal path and practice to reach our highest potential.

Apogee originally comes from astronomy; it’s the calculation necessary to design a path to reach the moon. It’s an apt symbol for designing our personal path and practice to reach our highest potential.

Lab/lab/:A place for research, experimentation, or analysis.

When I was growing up, my brothers and I had this huge dirt play area behind our house – we called it “the way back” – a huge sandbox where we would build cities, imagine exploring other planets, and create all sorts of models for the world we wanted to create. Because we were sci-fi nerds, we thought of it as our personal lab for creating the worlds we wanted to live in.

Apogee Labs is a place to imagine, design, and build your best work and best life.
