Facilitator Training
SKILLS, TOOLS AND TRICKS For KICK-ASS MEETINGS
Perhaps since the very first time two humans got together to plan their next hunt, “meeting” has evolved into one of the most dreaded parts of civilization. Advancements in technology may have actually made it harder to deliver a productive meeting.
The truth is, no matter how great your PowerPoint is, what mad Zoom skills you’ve mastered, or how smooth your delivery comes out, a great meeting hinges on four fundamental elements of meeting design and facilitation:
Design with the brain in mind
Create an optimal environment
Know all of Your Roles
Play to all of your audiences
This facilitator training program blends the neuroscience of learning, practical experience, and a little creative producing razzle-dazzle to give anyone skills to master the art of delivering effective, impactful - dare we say enjoyable - meetings.

Why Work With Me:
While my current focus is on organizational culture, most of my life has involved some form of producing or facilitating events. That’s taken the form of theatre producer (including Broadway, off Broadway and regional premieres), corporate events (leading event teams at a major regional healthcare system and an international trade association), and even the producing team of a Super Bowl halftime show. Recently, I trained the in-house learning and development team (at a major retailer) to deliver a custom program to the whole organization.
In all those jobs, my favorite role has been teaching other people how to design, produce and deliver meaningful interactions with other people. All that is blended to create an easy-to-learn method to design and facilitate dynamic meetings.
I’ve been there too! I’ve designed, produced, and/or facilitated meetings, retreats, and events for some great organizations, like:
