KF360 Leadership Skills Assessment
The more specific you are in describing the kind of leader you want to be - the more effective you will be at leading others.
Built on the best practices and decades of research behind the Korn Ferry Leadership Architect, the KF360 Leadership Skills Assessment program creates a shared language, definitions, and benchmarks for the competencies common to the most effective leaders. The KF360 Assessment has been effectively adapted for individuals seeking to level-up their leadership skills (for current and potential new jobs), teams looking to increase effectiveness, and organizations transforming to a “people-centered” culture.
Each participant takes the Korn Ferry 360, a confidential survey combining feedback from the participant’s self-appraisal, their direct manager, direct reports, peers, internal and external “customers,” and others they select. The resulting report - and especially the coached, one-on-one feedback session – help participants answer three questions to help enhance their leadership skills:
What observable and measurable skills do people in my span of influence need from me?
What key leadership behaviors are people I work with noticing?
What should I focus on to unleash my leadership potential?
Key to our method is making sure the 360 data is translated into living, growing practices that improve the level of human powered leadership in the organization.
