Mastering Feedback
The Art and Skill of Influencing Change
“87% of employees say they want to be developed in their job. Only a third report actually receiving feedback they need to engage and improve.”
“Hey! Can I give you some feedback?” may be the most anxiety inducing phrase in any language.
The irony is that most people like to say they crave feedback - from their boss, from coworkers, from colleagues, even family and friends. Neuroscience tells a different story. Recent studies show that giving feedback is just as anxiety producing as receiving it.

In this 60-minute, highly interactive workshop we’ll redefine feedback with the human brain in mind, explore why feedback is so hard to give and receive, and learn three skills that will make the feedback you give more effective.
