Workshop: Our Social Brain

How well you communicate with other people is essential to every aspect of your relationships – your ability to build trust, share feedback, coach, and lead (from wherever you are).

Sometimes called management skills, emotional intelligence training, or (yuk) soft skills, we think of them as brain-based communication skills.  You know, since all humans part of a group of three or more people need to communicate with each other to get things done.  In fact, communication is our evolutionary competitive advantage!*

“Our Social Brain” explores the way the human brain has evolved to use communication to thrive in teams, organizations and communities and how understanding traits and systems common to all humans can help you communicate for optimal influence.

*Check out Yuval Noah Harari’s book, Sapiens: A Brief History of Humankind for the full story on how learning to share stories kick-started homo sapiens’ evolution.
