Growth is a response to change, either initiated by you or forced on you by changing external factors.
Change is often necessary for growth, but the scope of the change will depend on many factors: conditions in the outside world, stakes, urgency, capacity, and timeliness. Sometimes, change can be inflicted on you.
Sparking growth means creating the environment and honing the tools for evolution, adaptation, and change. It means being willing to do new things to get the job done. It means finding ways to inspire the other people you need to change with and motivate them to want to change, too.
